Dr. Fawaz Khaled Al-Khateeb, Partner and Managing Director at Taher Group Law Firm (L.L.C.), has been awarded the “Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Year 2025” for the Middle East region as part of the Thomson Reuters Asian Legal Awards, one of the most prestigious legal honors in the region.

This recognition comes in appreciation of Dr. Al-Khateeb’s efforts in promoting a culture of equality and institutional empowerment within Taher Group, which brings together professionals of 13 different nationalities across its offices in Kuwait and Cairo, with women holding over 40% of leadership positions. The firm has been recognized as a model for institutional diversity, inclusion, governance, and professional excellence.
