يشغل الأستاذ فرحات المهدي منصب رئيس إدارة المتابعة والتنفيذ لدى مجموعة طاهر للمحاماة – مكتب الكويت، ويتمتع بخبرة قانونية ومؤسسية تزيد على 13 عامًا في دعم العمل القضائي وإدارة العمليات القانونية. ومنذ انضمامه إلى المجموعة عام 2013، لعب دورًا محوريًا في تطوير كفاءة إجراءات المتابعة والتنفيذ، وضمان انسيابية العمل بين الفرق القانونية والجهات القضائية.

الدور والمسؤوليات الحالية:

• الإشراف على وحدة العمليات القانونية والتنسيق.
• إدارة العمليات اليومية وتنسيق حضور الجلسات أمام المحاكم والخبراء.
• متابعة وتنفيذ إجراءات التنفيذ القضائي والإشراف على المهام الإدارية والقانونية المرتبطة بها.
• توزيع المهام على فرق المتابعة والمحامين داخل المكتب وخارجه.
• دعم تطوير الكفاءات من خلال تدريب فرق المتابعة والتنفيذيين والمحامين الجدد.
